As UpMetrics Senior Marketing Manager, you’ll lead the development and execution of a Marketing Strategy that takes UpMetrics growth and awareness to the next level.
You’ll be successful because you love marketing strategy, but also know how to roll up your sleeves and execute. You love partnering with Product to drive engagement and funnel optimization and with Sales to drive pipeline and shorten the sales cycle. You know how to create awareness through social, content, events and paid channels, and you are the master of your metrics and KPIs. -Own marketing strategy and execute on plan -Become a subject matter expert on our products and services, as well as clients and the social impact sector -Partner with Product to optimize the funnel and drive engagement with the UpMetrics platform -Partner with sales to grow pipeline and shorten sales cycle implementing account based marketing and other lead generation strategies -Create strategy to drive conversion of free to paid users -Define and execute content, social and paid advertising strategy to drive awareness and growth -Create and continuously optimize email and nurture campaigns -Manage content publication across website, blog and social media to maximize conversion -Partner with Sales & client success on select events -Work with a PR agency to get UpMetrics featured in leading industry publications and secure speaking opportunities
About You: -4+ years of experience in B2B marketing, SaaS business model preferred -Track record of building sales pipeline and revenue via lead generation, account based marketing, and content marketing programs -Experience with marketing automation, project management and analytics tools (Hubspot, Salesforce, Google Analytics, Google AdWords, etc.) -Experience working cross-functionally with sales, customer success, and product teams -Problem-solving, analytical thinking and excellent communication skills -Bachelor's degree or higher in Marketing, Business or related field -Interest and comfort working in a small, fast-paced organization -Strong motivation to help scale a for-profit, impact-driven business model
